Experience Brazos River camping at Bee Mountain Ranch & Resort. All campsites are huge with at least 100’ or more of river frontage! They are all well shaded and located directly on the river with excellent views of Bee Mountain right at your doorstep. You may never find this much room to spread out anywhere else.

Locked and gated community sitting on 100 acres of recreational river property with restricted access providing a secure environment for families, friends, children and pets. All visitors must have a camping reservation in order to enter the property using a gate code. —RIVERCAMP TENT (ONLY) SITES 1, 2, 3 & 4 - Huge riverfront tent sites each measuring approximately 110’ wide x 150’ deep with lots of shade located directly on the river’s edge with great views of Bee Mountain. These spacious campsites come with a fire pit, picnic table, charcoal grill.

Each tent site rents for $60/night and includes up to 4 adults, up to 4 children and unlimited tents per site. For each additional adult or child over 4, add $10/night extra. Maximum 10 people per campsite (adults+children combined). No more than 6 children per campsite.

—EAGLES RIDGE SITES 1 & 2 - RIVERFRONT RV & TENT - These two (2) “premium” campsites are extra-wide with each spot boasting about 115’ of river frontage and approximately 200’ in depth. Both campsites are side-by-side and they directly overlook the Brazos River and Bee Mountain along with some excellent views. Dating back to the 1970s, Eagles Ridge 1 & 2 were always leased out to annual members but, with a growing interest in non-membership weekend camping and as well as large events, we decided to add these high quality spots into the mix during 2023. Both campsites are large with an awesome beach, great shade and incredible views of Bee Mountain. Each site also comes with their own a fire pit, a picnic table and a charcoal grill.

Site 1 or 2 rents for $75/night each and includes up to 4 adults, up to 4 children, 1 RV/camper and unlimited tents per site. For each additional adult or child over 4, add $10/night extra. For each RV/camper over 1, add $10/night extra. Maximum 10 people per campsite (adults+children combined). No more than 6 children per campsite.

—OVERLOOK SITES 1 & 2 - RIVERFRONT RV & TENT - are premium riverfront campsites and brand new offerings beginning April, 2026! Each campsite possesses 100' of amazing Brazos River frontage along with great sandy beaches. Both sites are over 200' deep, have great shade and some of the finest views of the river and mountain the resort can offer! Overlook 1 & 2 are equipped with their own fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grill.

—COMPANY SITE - RIVERFRONT RV & TENT - Measuring 100’ wide x 300’ deep, this “premium” campsite directly overlooks the Brazos River and Bee Mountain. In prior years, this spot was reserved exclusively for our staff to enjoy but since we always work weekends, no one could ever use it. Several years ago, we decided to add it as a weekend rental and it’s been a huge success ever since. Our Company site is very large with an awesome beach, great shade and incredible views of Bee Mountain. It also comes with a fire pit, a wrought iron table and chairs and a charcoal grill.

The Company Site rents for $80/night and includes up to 4 adults, up to 4 children, 1 RV/camper and unlimited tents. For each additional adult or child over 4, add $10/night extra. For each RV/camper over 1, add $10/night extra. Maximum 10 people (adults+children combined). No more than 6 children per campsite.

—GLAMPSITE - RIVERFRONT RV & TENT - This “ultra premium” riverfront campsite measures 100’ wide x 300’ deep that is visually improved and detailed with a huge flagstone patio complete with a built-in stone fire pit, a large raised astro-turf landing, Edison lights in the trees, stone retaining walls, wrought iron table & chairs, charcoal grill, lots of shade and a great sandy beach. We like to think of this spot as our “Penthouse Suite.” This one-of-a-kind riverfront gem is large, beautiful and very comfortable. Relax in the great outdoors and enjoy a piece of paradise on the Brazos River where stunning views of Bee Mountain await you.

The Glampsite rents for $100/night and includes up to 4 adults, up to 4 children, 1 RV/camper and unlimited tents. For each additional adult or child over 4, add $10/night extra. —SANDY POINT SITES 1 & 2 - RIVERFRONT RV & TENT - These two (2) “premium” campsites each boast 100’ of excellent sandy beaches and Brazos River frontage and they are a solid 300’ in depth. Located side-by-side and directly overlooking Bee Mountain, they share some of the finest views possible. Dating as far back as the 70s, Sandy Point Sites 1 & 2 were always some of the most desired spots with our annual members because of their having such a gentle slope to the water and being located directly on the point where the Brazos River meets Bee Mountain. With our continued growth in non-member weekend camping plus a growing demand for hosting large outdoor events, retaining these two (2) campsites for rentals became an easy decision. Both campsites are large and very deep with an awesome beach, great shade and incredible views. Each site also comes with its own fire pit, a picnic table and charcoal grill.

Sandy Point 1 rents for $85/night and includes up to 4 adults, up to 4 children, 1 RV/camper and unlimited tents. For each additional adult or child over 4, add $10/night extra. For each RV/camper over 1, add $10/night extra. Maximum 10 people (adults+children combined). No more than 6 children per campsite.

Sandy Point 2 rents for $75/night and includes up to 4 adults, up to 4 children, 1 RV/camper and unlimited tents. For each additional adult or child over 4, add $10/night extra. For each RV/camper over 1, add $10/night extra. Maximum 10 people per (adults+children combined). No more than 6 children per campsite.

—LARGE GROUP CAMPING & EVENTS - We can easily combine our campsites into a spacious double, triple and even quadruple riverfront sites for large family gatherings. And with reasonable planning, we can scale up to bring together over 1500’ of Brazos riverfront acreage that is very well groomed and maintained! It absolutely cannot get any better than this! WE OFFER GREAT CAMPING EXPERIENCES ON PRIVATE RIVERFRONT LAND…..but we do not rent RVs, campers or tents nor are they included with any camping reservation. Day-use passes are not offered. Hookups and showers are not available. If you plan to tent camp on Eagles Ridge 1 & 2, Overlook 1 & 2, the Company site, the Glampsite, or Sandy Point 1 & 2, please note that these are RV designated sites where quiet generators are allowed to run at night.

CAMPGROUND RESERVATION POLICY FOR CANCELATIONS, CHANGES AND UNFAVORABLE WEATHER - Includes all individual or group campsites.

CANCELING A RESERVATION - 1) Canceling your reservation ten (10) or more calendar days prior to your arrival date: There will be an administrative fee charged that is equal to the amount paid for the first (1st) day/night of camping. Any prepaid amounts directly attributable to the cost of firewood, kayaks, paddle boards, ice & generators will be refunded at 100% of each item’s price. 2) Canceling your reservation less than ten (10) calendar days prior to your arrival date: There will not be a refund given for any amount paid toward the canceled campsite reservation. Any prepaid amounts directly attributable to the cost of firewood, kayaks, paddle boards, ice & generators will be refunded at 100% of each item’s price. 3) If you do not cancel or do not show up: There will not be a refund for any amount paid toward the campsite reservation nor toward the cost of firewood, kayaks, paddle boards, ice & generators.

CHANGING A RESERVATION - 1) Changes (rebooking or postponement) can be made to all, or any portion, of your reservation ten (10) or more calendar days prior to your arrival date: There will be an administrative fee charged that is equal to the amount paid for the first (1st) day/night of camping and you will be given one (1) full year from the original reservation date to complete your camping trip. Any change must always meet our minimum requirement for number of nights stayed. 2) Reducing the number of nights in your reservation (partial cancelation) ten (10) or more calendar days prior to your arrival date: The administrative fee is equal to fifty percent (50%) of your reservation booking amount for each night that is reduced/canceled. Reduced reservations must always meet our minimum requirement for number of nights stayed. 3) Changes to a reservation cannot be made less than ten (10) calendar days prior to your arrival date.

UNFAVORABLE WEATHER - Bee Mountain Resort does not warranty against any unfavorable weather conditions during the time of your scheduled camping trip for any reason; specifically those related to hot, cold, rain or storms. Bad weather conditions resulting from rain or storms are often unpredictable and great camping weather is never guaranteed. We do, however, fully warrant against the risk of flooding and will issue a full refund or credit toward that peril.

While rain or storms are certainly not anyone’s fault, Bee Mountain Resort, at its sole discretion, may offer to cancel or postpone your reservation by issuing a credit toward your next camping trip if widespread heavy rain or stormy conditions exist or appear imminent during the majority of your visit. This decision will be made no later than 24 hours prior to 1st day of your reservation but not sooner than 48 hours prior. If canceling or postponing occurs, there will be an administrative fee charged that is equal to fifty percent (50%) of your reservation booking amount. Any prepaid amounts directly attributable to the cost of firewood, kayaks, paddle boards, ice & generators will be refunded at 100% of the amount paid.
